Diana Waters, Principal
Provides full life cycle retained Executive Search, in the areas of

tech, for all senior level positions from significant single
contributors through CEO. Consults and executes on all issues related
to talent, arising from any situation, be it growth, restructuring,
integration, M&A, strategy, employment branding, employee surveys,
terminations, or outplacement. Ms. Waters has over 20 years of
recruitment and search experience, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from
UCLA, and the certificated Executive Program in Management, Anderson
School at UCLA.

is our on call HR Director, available on an hourly or daily consulting
basis to C- level and whatever level is required to solve or smooth an
HR issue. His specialty is creating and implementing practical
custom Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee
Relations solutions. He establishes or re-aligns Human Resources
departments, and handles all HR issues relating to restructuring,
integration, M&A.
Mr.
Lefson has been assisting organizations and individuals maximize
performance for 30 years. His expertise covers both HR and
management consulting needs of small and large companies. He has
worked for Fortune 500 companies in the capacity of Vice
President/Director Human Resources & Facilities in the aerospace,
transportation, high technology, manufacturing, and maritime industries.
He has led and counseled the Human Resources function for start up,
mature and large firms. His passion for success is your key to
providing effective and pragmatic solutions for improved corporate
performance and goodwill.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics from UC Berkeley, the executive programs at UCLA’s Anderson
School of Business and the Wharton School of Business, plus yearly
multi-day seminars on employment law enable Mr. Lefson to fully
comprehend and deliver HR solutions in step with the ever-changing legal
work environment. He has memberships in SHRM, NHRA of which he is

Nancy Hitchcock, Associate,

Nancy
is a backbone of the Executive Search industry. Founder of one of the
largest firms national scope firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, she
has provided stellar results to the entire spectrum of industries and
company sizes including biotech, pharmaceutical, retail, publishing,
finance, legal, and management consulting fields, for all executive
level positions. Clients include most of the Fortune
1000, including Genentech, Kaiser, Bio-Rad, DuPont, Ernst & Young,
Deloitte/Touche, Grant Thornton, and Watson Wyatt. She has trained other
successful Executive Search firm owners and enjoys deep roots and an
extensive rolodex in both the Search and Corporate worlds.

Maxine Goldberg, Associate,

Resources Consulting
Over
six years experience in recruiting, career and outplacement counseling,
employee benefits and a variety of other HR projects in healthcare,
non-profit, education, advertising, petroleum, government, and
entertainment. She was a human resources representative at
800-DENTIST and an office manager of a healthcare employment agency.
Prior to her HR career, she was the Assistant Manager of Funded Benefit
Plans at ARCO.
Ms.
Goldberg volunteers her time in Board and project roles in the HR
community. She was the Secretary and Program Chair of the Los
Angeles Chapter of the National Human Resources Association, has
volunteered with the Professionals in Human Resources Association, and
continues work with the Los Angeles Compensation and Benefits
Association, the Employee Development Department Job Club, the Diversity
Employment Source’s Cinco de Mayo Job Fair, and the Jewish Vocational
Services.
A
triple Bruin, having earned a Bachelors Degree in English/Speech, a
Certificate in Human Resources Management, and a Paralegal Certificate
at UCLA, she has also completed courses for the Employee Benefits
Specialist Certification through the Wharton School, University of
